Friday Friday Friday! I swear I'll be back doing more than just Fridays. I swear.Let's dive in here.
I confess...
- I'm basically ready to have a healthy household.
- No really.
- 3 weeks now we've been dealing with illnesses in one form or another.
- I seem to have caught some kind of hybrid nastiness.
- Sore throat, cough, runny nose, stinging sinuses, migraine and nausea with fever and chills.
- Sounds freakin sweet huh?
- I woke up this morning in a sweaty ball of awesomeness.
- I'm basically over it, ready to be back to normal.
- Because with Baby Belly, all I can take is Tylenol and Robitussin,
- Which isn't doing much, thats for sure.
- Lame.
- Speaking of Baby Belly, I received probably the greatest news of my life this week.
- I want to shout it from the rooftops while doing cartwheels.
- We got to see Belly.
- And Belly is FINE!!
- I was super worried about it.
- For the simple fact that I had my wisdom teeth out, was put out to do so, was on medication
- And three days later found out I was preggo.
- I was worried this babe would have a hand growing out of it's forehead or something.
- I know, I know, there are women out there who do much worse than a few Lortab
- but I was still worried.
- And everything looks good.
- And normal.
- Didn't really want us taking a picture, kept it's hiding face.
- Thats better. Aw sweet little creepy baby face!!
- And hey, the best news of all?!
- That's right, folks. That right there says "Looks like a GIRL"
- A GIRL!!!
- Um, I still feel like I'm dreaming.
- I am so so happy and excited and gosh dang it!
- Bows and tutus and nail polish and hair and skirts and cute shoes and makeup.
- I CANNOT EVEN WAIT.
- I feel as though I've been pregnant forever.
- And I'm only halfway.
- Oh I can't wait.
- We were all so excited and surprised.
- All except for Izacc.
- He knew the whole time.
- He told me there was a girl in my tummy before I got my wisdom teeth out.
- Her name was Tinkerbell.
- Then after while it changed to Isabella.
- Then he called her Isabelly.
- Then Bella.
- Now Belly.
- Which I thought was appropriate no matter the sex, because after all, it is MY belly.
- But anytime I told him that we get to go to the Dr to find out what it was, he would look at me with annoyance and say, "Mom, I know it's a girl".
- And that night, after we found out, I said, "Izacc! You're going to have a little sister!!"
- He just gave me a look and said, "Mom, I know."
- Smart creepy kid.
- So the moral of the story here is that as soon as I feel better, you can sure bet you butts that there will be a bazillion cute girly crafts coming your way!
- And also I think maybe I need to listen to Izacc a little closer.
- Who knows what else that kid knows!!

Congrats on your girl. To be honest, I confess I'm really glad I didn't get a girl--I was no good at the girlie stuff growing up. I'm way better off with boys. I enjoy other people's girls though.
Congrats on your little girl... oh the fun you will have! So glad all is ok!
Aren't little kids funny.. it's like they have some kind of magical power.
Well have a great weekend~ and feel better soon.

I have TWO girls. They are great, you will have much fun with them. Well, until they hit the teenage years, then you will just want to strangle them, but it's all good!
Congrats on having a girl! Jealous, yes I am. I want another girl! LOL! Congrats though!
Congrats on being pregnant and for it being a GIRL!!! How sweet!
Hope you're all feeling better.
YAY!! Congrats on the girl. She looks like she is going to be cute! But, I totally agree with you on the whole "creepy baby face" thing. When they showed me our babies face, it totally freaked me out. haha.
Thank goodness they look better once they're out, right?
