I changed my background today.
It's a little sentimental.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Did you know my Mom had breast cancer?
Yeah, she did. About 10 years ago...wait, 11?
She's a fighter, that girl.
And I love her.
I love that October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It is also my birthday month, and I love pink. So everybody wins, right?
Right.
Especially me.
Not because of all the pink all month long, but because I still have my Mama, who I love.
See? I win.

I had no idea about your mom. I'm glad you still have her - she's a sweetheart!! Do you know what I was thinking of the other day?...when I spent the night at your house and we called all those phone numbers that jingled to the tune "Mary had a little lamb." Good Times! :-)
Yay for your mom! My MIL also had breast cancer and this month is her birthday as well - I guess that's why she likes pink as well ;-)
And YES, we should get together and do a craft day! Every Tuesday I do a craft day at my house from 10-2, you should come and the kids can play! Or just let me know if any other time would work - it would be fun! Just bring some onesies!
I had no idea about your Mom, I'm sorry, but also happy for you that she won the battle! Go tough women!! I too love pink :)
Hey, I just wanted to thank you for your sweet comment, it made my day.
